Developed for practical use

The software package, Expert System HR, was especially developed for daily use by personnel managers. It combines scientifically proven quality with user friendly application.

Advantages:

Flexible profile generation

The Expert System HR is available in two versions: Standard and Premium. All in all 19 success relevant personality and performance factors are at your disposal.

* additionaly included in the Premium version

From this list of success-related factors you can compile an individual profile appropriate to the job in question.

Predefined profiles

In addition, predefined profiles are available for the major Job Families. This enables candidates to be tested immediately – with no loss of time and no need for expensive internal research.

These profiles contain – in addition to the ready-to-use selection of relevant factors – a preset ranking function and a specific test battery scoring system.

The following predefined profiles are available:

Additional tests

The Expert System HR can be expanded at any time by adding further tests from the extensive range of the Vienna Test System.

Easily understood presentation of results

Immediately after the analysis the results are available to you. They provide a differentiated picture regarding the potential of the applicants or the members of staff.

Result overview

The result overview presents the results of the different analysis procedures in a table and in graphic form.  The table lists the results and puts them in relation with the scores of a comparative group. The colored graphic allows you to understand the results at one glance.

For more detailed information an individual test analysis can be printed out. This contains all main and secondary variables as well as numerous further analyses e.g. test protocols, progress graphs, speed/accuracy charts or hexagon presentations.

Report

With a mouse click you can print out a written report, which illustrates the results.

The report presents the result profile of the applicant or the member of staff and explains how it should be interpreted.

Furthermore it briefly describes the tested factors and states how the testee performed. Practical examples illustrate which relevance these factors have for the professional life.

If required, you can also generate a separate, less detailed version of the report for your client which serves as an overview for them.

Ranking

The ranking shows you which applicant is most suitable for a certain job.

There you can specify exactly how the tested personality and performance factors should be developed in an ideal case. If required you can incorporate further criteria e.g. biographical data or professional experience in the ranking and weight their importance accordingly.

Additionally it can be established for which position or profession a particular person is suitable.  This feature is useful if you have several positions to fill or if you would like to establish the suitability for particular professions.
