The Vienna Test System enables basic functions to be assessed on a differentiated basis in the context of neuropsychological assessment. The tests of the Vienna Test Systems are noted for their high quality, their scientific foundation and their outstanding design.
The areas that can be tested include for example:
The tests are used in particular to assess neuropsychological impairment as a result of cerebral lesions or disease (e.g. craniocerebral trauma, multiple sclerosis, cerebrovascular accident). They are also useful in the assessment of older people, for example as part of a program for maintaining and promoting cognitive performance. Various comparative norms are available, including some for children.
The Vienna Test System enables you to make a highly precise diagnosis and then plan appropriate therapy. The effectiveness of therapy can be monitored by repeating the tests after a certain period.
The tests are worked using a response panel that is ergonomically designed and easy to use. Also available are the MLS Work Panel and the Flicker Tube – special devices used in assessing fine motor skills and activation of the central nervous system.
